McGuire Development assumes real estate leasing and management
McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, brokerage, and property management firm has assumed real estate leasing and property management responsibilities for Airport Commerce Park, located on Cayuga Rd.
The 620-acre park is located at the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport and is comprised of 10 buildings totaling 550,000 s/f of office, warehouse, and air cargo operations. More than 40 tenants occupy it.
Airport Commerce Park has been a successful joint venture between the McGuire and Ciminelli families for more than 25 years. As part of the business structure, McGuire Development Company will commence its new role managing the property as of Sept. 1.
"We look forward to building upon the successful leasing strategy that Ciminelli has established, while introducing new ideas shaped by our transparent process," said James McGuire, CEO of the McGuire family of companies.
McGuire Development Company is excited to bring Airport Commerce Park into its portfolio of managed properties. McGuire will manage the property while actively marketing the one remaining undeveloped site and continue with ongoing leasing operations.
Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation as the current manager of the facility has been assisting in the transition.
"The advantage of foresight- in this case, knowing that the transfer of duties was part of the owners' agreement- is the ability to be proactive," said Jim Gottstine, senior vice president of Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation.
Airport Commerce Park is one of Western New York's most strategic locations for commerce, with prime accessibility to the Kensington Expressway, New York State Thruway, airport campus, and Canadian border.
These amenities, as well as the park's central location, have long made it the ideal setting for air cargo, office and warehouse tenants including Dunn Tire, GrayBar, FedEx, United States Postal Service and numerous other professional organizations.
McGuire Development Company's full spectrum of services is focused around its signature TRANSPARENT process.
This includes clear, open dialogue with current and potential clients about all aspects of a business transaction, a practice that actively challenges the industry's status quo.
