McAlister joins Levin as leasing representative

North Plainfield, NJ Shanon McAlister of Manhattan has joined retail real estate services firm Levin Management as a leasing representative. The North Plainfield-based organization maintains a growing leasing and management portfolio that encompasses 95 properties and more than 13 million s/f. In his new role at Levin, McAlister is responsible for leasing and marketing efforts at several New York/New Jersey properties within the company’s shopping center portfolio, including Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, N.Y.; 35-71 South Ocean Ave. in Patchogue, N.Y.; Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City, N.J.; and Quick Chek Center in Bayonne, N.J. “I am thrilled to join Levin Management, one of the most successful retail real estate services firms in the country,” said McAlister. “The company’s portfolio encompasses a wide variety of retail space throughout the Northeast, and I look forward to representing those properties and growing my career with this dynamic company.” McAlister brings 15 years of retail real estate experience to Levin Management. Most recently, he ran his own brokerage firm in New York City where he completed transactions involving a range of national and local tenants including 7 Eleven, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, 5 Napkin Burger, Staples, Toure de France restaurant group and Croton Reservoir Tavern restaurant, among others. He previously held positions at Related Management Company and Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing.
