Matheos Realty sells six residential units in Flatbush for $775,000

Brooklyn, NY Matheos Realty Group closed on the $775,000 sale of 1827 Nostrand Ave. in the neighborhood of Flatbush. Matheos Realty Group founder & CEO, Peter Matheos and director, Isaiah Thomas represented the buyer and seller in the off market transaction.

The three story, 4,560 s/f multifamily property features six residential units, all two bedrooms with three renovated free-market units enticing prospects for future growth. The building was delivered fully occupied.

Situated in Little Haiti, Flatbush, 1827 Nostrand Ave. offers location with proximity to local amenities, transportation options, and the city. 

“We are happy to have facilitated the successful sale of 1827 Nostrand Ave,” said Matheos. “The buyers closed within 30 days of signing a contract which was of utmost importance to the seller. The property presented an exceptional investment opportunity, with tremendous value and upside.”
