Massey Knakal Realty Services brokers 10 recent deals: $21.61m

Massey Knakal Realty Services (MK) has recently closed 11 sales, totaling $26.91 million. A 3,300 s/f house at 19 Covert St. in Bushwick sold in an all-cash deal for $750,000. MK broker Matt Rudert represented the seller with broker Peter Schubert. MK sold a mixed-use building at 114-116 Henry St. in Brooklyn Heights in an all-cash deal for $4.4 million. MK partner Brian Leary represented the seller with chairman Robert Knakal. A walk-up apartment building at 146 Fenimore St.in Prospect-Lefferts Garden was sold for $1.637 million. MK broker Kevin Holmes represented the seller with broker Adam Hess. Anthony Gentile of Prudential Douglas Elliman assisted. A four-story, walk-up apartment building at 177 16th St. in Park Slope was sold for $2.598 million. MK broker Larry Sarn represented the seller with broker Tom Gammino. A warehouse at 349 Arlington Ave. in Cypress Hills was sold for $1.1 million. MK broker Jonathan Berman represented the seller. MK sold 369 7th St. in Park Slope for $1.2 million. MK broker Kenneth Freeman represented the seller with brokers Waleed Cope and Kevin Holmes. MK sold 419 Clinton St. in Carroll Gardens for $2.75 million. Freeman exclusively represented the seller. 650 Ashford St. in the East New York area was sold for $1.2 million. MK broker Jonathan Berman represented the seller with broker John Falco. An existing funeral home sold as a development site at 666 Ocean Ave. in the Flatbush/Midwood area for $2.975 million. MK broker Eric Greenfield represented the seller. 8729-8739 18th Ave. in Bensonhurst was sold for $3 million. MK broker George Brown exclusively represented the seller with founding partner Paul Massey.
