Massey Knakal Realty Services (MK) has recently closed 11 sales, totaling $26.91 million. A 3,300 s/f house at 19 Covert St. in Bushwick sold in an all-cash deal for $750,000. MK broker Matt Rudert represented the seller with broker Peter Schubert. MK sold a mixed-use building at 114-116 Henry St. in Brooklyn Heights in an all-cash deal for $4.4 million. MK partner Brian Leary represented the seller with chairman Robert Knakal. A walk-up apartment building at 146 Fenimore St.in Prospect-Lefferts Garden was sold for $1.637 million.
