Massey Knakal brokers complete five transactions totaling $30.25m

Massey Knakal Realty Services (MK) recently completed five transactions. MK sold a four-story retail property that currently houses The World of Golf retail store at 145-147 East 47th St. in Midtown East in a transaction valued at $12.95 million. The property sold for $322.43 per buildable s/f to a local developer. MK broker Clint Olsen exclusively represented the seller with chairman Robert Knakal. MK was the sole broker. A fully approved residential development site with plans for 24 units and cellar parking at 115-119 Norfolk St. on the Lower East Side was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $10 million. The property sold for $370.37 per s/f to a Brooklyn developer. MK broker Michael DeCheser exclusively represented the seller with broker Brian Hanson; Caitlin Hughes of The Corcoran Group assisted. A 25-ft. wide, five-story apartment building at 321 East 90th St. on the Upper East Side was sold in a transaction valued at $3.9 million.The property contains 9,375 s/f and sold for $416 per s/f to a Brooklyn investor. MK broker Thomas Gammino exclusively represented the seller and Jim Marshall of Marfam Realty assisted. A five-story, walk-up apartment building at 346 East 173rd St. in the Bronx was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $2 million. The 95' x 65' property is located at the southwest corner of Clay Ave. and East 173rd St., and contains 19,000 s/f. The property sold for $105.26 per s/f to local investors. MK broker David Canning exclusively represented the seller with partner/managing director Shimon Shkury. MK was the sole broker. A vacant development site with more than 15,000 s/f at 3857-3861 Third Ave. in the Bronx was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.4 million. The property sold for $39.26 per buildable s/f to a local developer. Canning exclusively represented the seller. MK was the sole broker.
