MK sold a four-story retail property that currently houses The World of Golf retail store at 145-147 East 47th St. in Midtown East in a transaction valued at $12.95 million. The property sold for $322.43 per buildable s/f to a local developer. MK broker Clint Olsen exclusively represented the seller with chairman Robert Knakal. MK was the sole broker.
A fully approved residential development site with plans for 24 units and cellar parking at 115-119 Norfolk St. on the Lower East Side was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $10 million.
