Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured four retail leases on the Upper East Side totaling 2,100 s/f. The retail space at 253 East 78th St. contains 400 s/f on the ground floor and 300 s/f of basement space with 19 ft. of frontage on 78th St. The retail space on 243 East 78th St. contains 450 s/f with a 100 s/f basement and 18 ft. of frontage on 78th St. Both buildings are located between Second and Third Aves. Located between First and York Aves., 444 East 81st St. contains 350 s/f with 13 ft. of frontage on 81st St. The north retail space at 1386 Second Ave., located between East 71st and 72nd Streets, contains 500 s/f with 10 ft. of frontage on Second Ave. "We are pleased to see that the Upper East Side retail leasing activity continues to improve.
