Guilbet of Inwood Property Group leases 4171 Broadway
Roberto Guilbet, principal broker of Inwood Property Group Inc., has completed the leasing of 4171 Broadway. The property consists of 2,100 s/f of retail space with a 1,400 s/f basement, Located on Broadway between 176th and 177th Sts., the property rented for $54 per s/f. The new tenant will be a dollar/discount retailer. Guilbet represented the landlord while Juan Martinez of Jamar Realty represented the tenant.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.
What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
