Lenzi named GM of J. DiMarco Builders

Facility maintenance services company J. DiMarco Builders recently named Chris Lenzi new general manager. J. DiMarco Builders is part of the DiMarco Group family of companies providing residential commercial facilities with maintenance services. Lenzi, who brings to the position 20 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently served as property manager with Benderson Development. As general manager, Lenzi will provide overall direction in the operation of J. DiMarco Builders. He will lead the facilities services division, which is responsible for maintenance of all DiMarco Group retail properties, including BayTowne, Perinton Square Mall and Tops Brighton Plaza. and apartment communities such as Daniel's Creek and Larkin Creek. He also will oversee the implementation of preventative maintenance programs, specify contracted services, support annual and monthly budgeting, and maintain relationships with owners and clients, among other duties. A resident of Spencerport, New York, Lenzi holds an associate degree in mechanical technology from Monroe Community College and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
