Assisting in the purchase of a vacant 8,000 s/f building located at 185 Waverly Ave., in Patchogue that will house some of my families Atlantic Agency Insurance and Risk Management office operations as well as offer for lease the remaining space to various office tenants. The building located just south of Sunrise Highway near the Village of Patchogue offers good visibility and easy access to main thoroughfares. In addition, I also assisted in finding a terrific new location for my families Atlantic Agency Insurance & Risk Management Huntington office. The new location at 1152 Jericho Turnpike in Huntington just a ¼ mile east of our former location where we were for 15 years, offers great visibility, beautiful interior space & easy accessibility to our clients. With these 2 new locations in addition to our N. Babylon office located at 1469 Deer Park Ave., N Babylon and our Riverhead office located at 1280 Rte. 58, Riverhead, Atlantic Agency Insurance can continue to serve our clients with all their insurance needs from their auto and home to all their toys (motorcycles, boats & RV's) as well as commercial businesses, buildings and properties.
