Real Estate Associations/Organizations: CREW New York, Immediate Past President What recent project or transaction are you most proud of? Helping to merge two of NYC's premiere women's associations into a single powerhouse - CREW New York and carry forward the mission to support women working in commercial real estate. What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why? Founders Award from CREW New York - received June 2015. This award was started over ten years ago by Faith Hope Consolo, a past president of Association of Real Estate Women (AREW). It honors a member that has made a substantial contribution to the organization. I was recognized for my help to merge AREW and NYCREW into a single chapter of CREW Network to represent all women in New York working in real estate. Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career and why? My mother, the CEO of the Felker Family, mother of 9, grandmother of 17 and counting, pre-school teacher (just retired after 25 years), amazing chef, member of countless boards, fundraiser, wife, and friend. She always got it done and she taught us how to do the same. What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you? Wake up early and stay up late. Work on projects in 2 hour increments, then switch projects. That way, you stay engaged and when you start the rotation again, you return to a project with fresh eyes. List 3 women that you would like to have drinks / dinner with and where would you go? Indra Nooyi, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Cheryl Sandberg.
