Larsen Wetherell promoted to design management director at Ted Moudis Assoc.ates

Ted Moudis Associates (TMA) has promoted Monica Larsen Wetherell to design management director, according to Ted Moudis, A.I.A., the firm's founder and senior principal. Larsen Wetherell is the first to achieve this newly created position in the firm's 18 year history. Larsen Wetherell started as a designer at TMA eight years ago and has worked her way up to her most recent position as design manager. "Monica's leadership, interpersonal and creative skills makes her a perfect fit for this role. We congratulate her on this new position," said Moudis. Larsen Wetherell's main responsibility will be to manage all processes involved with the design aspect of each project, coordinating workload, project budgets and deadlines. This new position serves to streamline communication between the design department and the project managers to reinforce the strength of the team and ensure exceptional project delivery. Monica will also oversee the design library, coordinating with both the design director and resource coordinator regarding structure, organization and efficiency.
