Keatts joins Zetlin & De Chiara and Nardiello and Kipnis promoted

Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, one of the region's leading construction law firms, welcomes Brian Keatts as associate principal, and announces the promotions of Jaimee Nardiello to associate principal and Alexander Kipnis to senior associate. Nardiello joined Zetlin & De Chiara in 2008 as an associate, and has represented design professionals, contractors and construction managers in both litigation and non-litigation construction-related matters. An attorney with Zetlin & De Chiara since 2009, Kipnis represents national and multinational firms in a variety of matters involving construction and real estate law, complex commercial litigation, government investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance-related aspects of doing business abroad.
