Kaufman, Gettler, and Gorman of New Street lease 1,500 s/f at 3660 Broadway

New Street Realty Advisors, LLC arranged a lease transaction at 3660 Broadway between Covo Trattoria and Miami based landlord, BSD Equities. The premises are located on the northeast corner of West 151st St. and Broadway, a prominent corner in the Hamilton Heights District. The space is comprised of 1,500 s/f on the ground floor and a full contiguous basement. Covo Trattoria will take occupancy of the space immediately and anticipates opening in the spring of 2014. The popular eatery, which has two existing locations in West Harlem, is excited to expand into Hamilton Heights, a neighborhood that has seen a tremendous transformation in the recent years, and will join neighbors such as The Grange, The Chipped Cup, Harlem Public and The Heights Tavern. Joshua Kaufman, Joshua Gettler and Matthew Gorman of New Street Realty Advisors acted on behalf of Covo Restaurant Group and dealt directly with the landlord representatives at BSD Equities.
