Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord. * A three-year, 1,770 s/f renewal for Forum Showroom, LLC. Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord. * A three-year, 1,600 s/f renewal for ESP Showroom LLC. Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord. * A three-year, 1,039 s/f new lease for Brooklyn Motors. Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord. * A three-year, 900 s/f new lease for Lili Global Apparel Inc. Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord. * A three-year, 900 s/f new lease for Sweet Romeo LLC. Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord. * A three-year, 900 s/f renewal for J.T. Design Studio Inc. Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord.
