Brooklyn, NY Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG) sold 83A India St. in Greenpoint and 339 Macon St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

IPRG negotiated the closing of 83A India St. for $2.35 million. This property is located between Manhattan Ave. and Franklin St. The property has three apartments, all delivered vacant. The building is built 16.8 ft. x 47 ft., offering 2,362 s/f. The lot is built 16.7 ft. x 100 ft. and is zoned R6B.

83A India was sold by Richard Siegel to Adam Jama. IPRG brokers Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Donal Flaherty, Corey Haynes, Thomas Ventura, and Sal Monteverde represented the buyer.

IPRG brokered the sale of 339 Macon St. for $2.6 million. This property is located on the corner of Macon St. and Marcus Garvey Blvd. The property has two apartments and three retail units and was delivered vacant. Ownership had operated the Macon Hardware store for over 70 years. The building is built 21 ft. x 100 ft., offering 4,200 s/f. The lot is built 21 ft. x 100 ft.

339 Macon St. was sold by Warren Hayes to Nikole Hannah-Jones. IPRG brokers Bestreich, Steve Reynolds, Tom Reynolds, Brian Davila and Noah Middlekauff represented the seller.
