In memory of PWC's director of programs - Peter Janis

Our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Professional Women in Construction upon the loss of PWC's director of programs and majordomo Peter Janis, who died on March 17. His unique style, professional coordination of events, and interaction with members greatly assisted the non-profit's growth over the past 25 years, says his mother and PWC president Lenore Janis, who survives Peter along with his brother John, sister-in-law Lisa, and their children Rachel and Matthew. Janis was also a theater designer and an alumnus of Rumsey Hall, Bennington College, and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
