IBS hires Pisani as senior associate

Intelligent Building Solutions, LLC (IBS) has hired Nicholas Pisani, LEED AP, IEEE as senior associate. The firm assists North American and international commercial real estate, finance, telecommunications, media, and manufacturing clients with a complete suite of mission critical facility development and construction services. Pisani's responsibilities include management of master planning, design/build, owner's representation, feasibility study, commissioning, energy audit, and consulting projects nationwide. He is currently in charge of two data center design/build and utility upgrade assignments in Boston, Mass. and Charlotte, NC for Digital Realty Trust. Prior to joining IBS, Pisani had held positions of electrical project manager and MEP superintendent at Lehr Construction Corporation and Tishman Technologies, both leading national technology construction firms based in New York City.
