JRS Architect selected by TFCU for new headquarters

Teachers Federal Credit Union has awarded JRS Architect, P.C. the contract to complete the interior fit out of the Credit Union's new corporate headquarters at 102 Motor Parkway. TFCU recently purchased the six-story, 200,000 s/f building from East Setauket-based Tritec Real Estate. TFCU plans on occupying over half of the building's six stories, while the balance will be occupied by existing tenants and the remainder of the space available for future tenants. "TFCU selected JRS Architect for several reasons: their experience; specifically, in the areas of corporate offices and financial institutions; the experience of the team that we would be working with; their reputation, ability to meet our timetable, and of course competitive price," said Robert Allen, president/CEO TFCU.
