New Development, the dedicated division for the sales, leasing, and marketing of new development projects at SERHANT., has been named the exclusive sales agency of record at Sorin, a 40-residence condominium located at 439 W 36^th St. in Hudson Yards. Sales are now underway, with one to four-bedroom residences available, with pricing ranging from $1.45 million for one-bedroom residences to $4.8 million for four-bedroom residences.

Developed by ZD Jasper, with architecture by Archimaera and interiors by DXA, Sorin was designed to both stand out and blend into its Hudson Yards neighborhood. Its bronze-toned metal panels, windows, and trim lend the building an understated elegance, while subtle tonal shifts across the setback portions accentuate the curves of the facade.
