SERHANT. New Development launches sales at Sorin; design by Archimaera and DXA

Manhattan, NY SERHANT. New Development, the dedicated division for the sales, leasing, and marketing of new development projects at SERHANT., has been named the exclusive sales agency of record at Sorin, a 40-residence condominium located at 439 W 36th St. in Hudson Yards. Sales are now underway, with one to four-bedroom residences available, with pricing ranging from $1.45 million for one-bedroom residences to $4.8 million for four-bedroom residences.

Developed by ZD Jasper, with architecture by Archimaera and interiors by DXA, Sorin was designed to both stand out and blend into its Hudson Yards neighborhood. Its bronze-toned metal panels, windows, and trim lend the building an understated elegance, while subtle tonal shifts across the setback portions accentuate the curves of the facade.

Sorin was designed to exacting Passive House standards for enhanced, year-round energy efficiency and air quality. Highly insulated walls, triple-glazed windows, and high-efficiency mechanical systems work quietly in concert, while precise detailing minimizes thermal bridging between interior and exterior. The result is a home that stays serene, comfortable, and efficient in every season.

Using deep, warm materials to provide a haven within the city, the interiors designed by DXA Studio include five-inch wide-plank oak flooring, in-unit Bosch washer and dryer, kitchens arranged with custom ivory oak Shinnoki soft close cabinetry, calacatta gold countertops and full-height backsplashes, a fully-integrated Gaggenau appliance suite and wine coolers in select residences. Primary baths are private spas replete with honed Bianco Dolomiti vanity counter and wall tile, honed Asian St. Laurent floor tile, custom natural oak vanity millwork, Signature thermostatic temperature control, walk-in steam showers and soft-close Toto toilets. In the secondary baths, guests will have vicentia honed quartz countertops and tub aprons as well as custom natural oak vanity millwork.

Amenities at Sorin are designed for ease and luxury. They include full-time door attendants, landscaped rooftop terrace with open-air dining and grilling stations, a fitness center with cardio and weight-training equipment, and a co-working lounge including a kitchenette, integrated media, and a cozy fireplace. The building also has a bicycle room and private storage.

SERHANT. New Development will oversee sales and marketing for all units of the project.
