Guilbet of Manhattan Property Group leases 2,237 s/f to Banreservas

Manhattan, NY Manhattan Property Group leased a 2,237 s/f retail space on the corner of Amsterdam Ave. and 181st St., on behalf of its client Banreservas (Banco de Reservas de la Republica Dominicana).

Banreservas is the Dominican Republic’s largest financial institution. This lease marks the second U.S. retail banking outpost for the financial firm, following its opening in Europe (Spain) and subsequently, its first U.S. outpost in Miami, FL.

The property, Radio Tower & Hotel, was developed by Young Woo & Associates. The ground floor corner office space in Washington Heights, establishes the client’s presence and makes a statement in the community it serves.

“This was first on our clients wish list, and a must have at all cost”. We are beyond excited & grateful to have played a small part in the process,” said Roberto Guilbet, principal of Manhattan Property Group.

Guilbet represented the tenant Banreservas, while Newmark’s executive managing directors Justin DiMare and Matt Leon and director, Chris Ventura represented the landlord Young Woo & Assocs. in the lease transaction.
