Frier Levitt relocates N.Y. office to One World Trade Center

Manhattan, NY The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey made known that national healthcare and life sciences law firm Frier Levitt signed a lease for 7,539 s/f on the 45th floor at One World Trade Center. In addition to the Frier Levitt lease, Durst completed 50,000 s/f of lease renewals with tenants including Capital Rx, LLC, OnyxPoint Global Management, and MCR Hotels/MORSE Development.

The Durst Organization was represented in house by Eric Engelhardt and Karen Rose and by Newmark’s David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein, Jason Greenstein, and Nathan Kropp. Jared Horowitz and Daniel Appel of Newmark represented Frier Levitt.

Built by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and The Durst Organization in a public-private partnership, One World Trade Center is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
