Timothy Coners, CPA, MST advises clients on tax planning, projections and compliance on the federal, state and local levels. Coners provides guidance on credits and incentives, structuring, deferral strategies and complex tax issues, with a specialization in the construction industry.

Jaime Rapps, CPA will continue to play a key leadership role in the firm’s nonprofit and healthcare practices. Rapps specializes in financial reporting, audits and advisory services for charitable organizations and healthcare entities. He has helped museums, schools, skilled nursing facilities and other organizations advance their missions through financial and operational best practices.

Joseph Carnevale, CPA will provide industry-specific tax and assurance services for a variety of market sectors, with a specialization in advising closely held and family-owned businesses in real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services.
