Gotham's The Corner at 200 West unveils its 3-bedroom apartments

The Corner - located at 200 West 72nd St. at the southwest corner of Broadway - has just unveiled its three-bedroom apartments. Ranging from 1,537 to 1,600 s/f, three of the nine residences have already been rented, leaving only six three-bedrooms remaining on floors 15 and above. To help showcase the flexibility of its three-bedroom layouts, The Corner tapped New York-based interior designer, Gustavo Martinez of Gustavo Martinez Design, Ltd. to model apartment 18E, which offers over 1,575 s/f of living space. "Every detail in these homes, as with all the residences at The Corner, has been carefully thought out. They exude elegance and sophistication and are perfect for a young family, or would make an excellent second home for someone looking for all the comforts of West Side living with a birds-eye view of the rest of the City," said David Picket, president of Gotham Organization, Inc., the building's developer and co-owner in a joint venture including Rhodes NY and Philips International.
