Daikin McQuay Sales and Service office opens

McQuay International has opened the Daikin McQuay Sales and Service office that will serve the five burroughs of Manhattan, Long Island and Westchester. The move helps the company foster a direct customer relationship to expand business in the New York City area where engineers specify some of the world's largest and most complex HVAC systems. The announcement comes on the heels of the opening of the Daikin McQuay Solutions Plaza at 10 Exchange Place in Jersey City, N.J. earlier this year, designed as a center for HVAC customers and specifying engineers with a state-of-the-art, interactive showroom, sales and training facility meant to far surpass any within the industry. The Daikin McQuay Sales and Services Office opened October 1, and will expand to include parts distribution in January 2011. "We want customers in the New York area to know we are committed to being directly involved with helping to solve design and operational challenges and give them access to the most current industry-leading technologies from Daikin and McQuay," said Tony Tanzillo, general manager of the Daikin McQuay New York office. "As part of our technology offering we intend to continue to set the standard in advancing sustainable design that will help engineers advance their offerings."
