Levine, Wine and Samuels launch Trio Partners

Three of New York City's most successful apartment builders - Robert Levine of RAL Companies, David Wine, formerly vice chairman of the Related Companies, and Pamela Samuels, formerly managing director at Extell Development Company - have joined forces to create a new residential development company, TRIO Partners. The privately-held, fully integrated real estate development and investment partnership comprises more than 75 years of combined experience in the field. "Recognizing that today's business climate has made the real estate marketplace immensely more challenging, we've created a company that combines an extraordinary range of real estate expertise in order to capitalize upon new opportunities," said Wine. In addition to developing distinctive, quality luxury residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects in urban and resort areas, TRIO Partners plans to launch a national multifamily housing company "TRIO Properties." "TRIO Partners' experience and affiliations permit us to maximize capital preservation and to ensure profitable noteworthy endeavors," said Samuels. Levine also notes the company's extensive knowledge in conversion, restoration, renovation, construction, and ongoing operation and occupancy, all key elements to successful and distinctive developments. TRIO Properties will become a new housing brand and play a significant role in the repositioning of the existing housing market over the next 12 months, on both a local and national basis. TRIO Partners' is also poised to complete several luxury condominium projects in the Northeast in partnership with financial institutions.
