Gilco Realty closes over $6 million in sales for 3rd quarter 2016

Bronx, NY Gilco Realty closed over $6 million worth of deals in the 3rd quarter 2016. Some of Gilco’s recently completed deals include the following:

• 3400 Park Ave. Bronx - Gilco brokered the sale of this two-story warehouse building to a user who intends to convert the building into a wholesale and retail food market. The building is 25,000 s/f with 5,000 s/f of land. The buyer was represented by Eitan Agbashoff of Greiner-Maltz.

• 1110-1116 Webster Ave - Gilco Realty brokered two leases for the landlord Spenceal Realty LLC. The first was an expansion of Streamline Group, a recycling company who took another 4,000 s/f in the building. The second lease was to Family Auto Parts who will be relocating their growing auto parts company specializing in parts for cabs and black cars. Gilco was the only broker.

• 1165 Garrison Ave. Space B - Gilco negotiated an expansion of the neighboring produce company, R & L Sunset Produce, to expand into this space giving them a total of 6,300 s/f. Gilco also leased R & L their first space only six months prior. Gilco was the only broker.

• 429-33 East 148th St. - Gilco Realty brokered a lease for a daycare center to take the entire property consisting of 7,500 s/f. The tenant is expanding their existing location already in the neighborhood to serve more children. Gilco was the only broker.
