GFP Real Estate inks two leases at The Film Center Building totaling 5,183 s/f

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC has signed two leases at 630 Ninth Ave., also known as The Film Center Building, totaling 5,183 s/f.

Principal Building Services (PBS), a full-service janitorial/facilities company offering a full range of cleaning, maintenance, restoration and specialty services throughout the Tri-state Area, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Colorado, signed a five-year lease extension for its 3,990 s/f offices on the 10th floor. PBS first moved into the building in 2020. 

Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, and the tenant, PBS, in the transaction.

DIA Natural Stone, an artistic extension of Demirtas Marble Mining Company, renowned for its diabase stones, signed a new three-year lease for 1,193 square feet of general and executive office space on the ninth floor.  The company, which will relocate from 368 9th Ave., is expected to move in this September.

Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transaction; Peter Lacroix of GFP Real Estate represented the tenant.
