Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, LLC, Atlas Men’s Health, a leading men's health clinic based in Long Island, NY that specializes in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), male hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss and other men's health issues, has signed a five-year lease for 3,800 s/f on the sixth floor of 505 Eighth Ave., the company’s first Manhattan location.

Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate, represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transaction; Uriel Gandelman of OfficeNYC.com, Inc., represented the tenant. Atlas Men’s Health will use the space for its general and executive offices as well as for patient consultations and services. The company is expected to move in the Fall 2025.

“Atlas Men’s Health is a fantastic addition to 505 Eighth Avenue,” said Gurevich. “Their decision to open their first Manhattan location here is a strong vote of confidence in the building—and in the neighborhood. It’s always a great sign when a growing business chooses one of our properties as a launchpad for expansion.”

505 Eighth Ave., originally known as the Hoover Building, was built in 1926 by the architect Chester James Storm. The 25-story, 275,000 s/f building features a modernized, 24/7 attended lobby and offers keycard access for convenient and secure access.

Situated on the Northwest corner of Eighth Ave. and 35th St., 505 Eighth Ave. is located one block away from Penn Station, with links to the A, C, E, 1, 2, and 3 subway lines, NJ Transit Trains, LIRR and Amtrak. Additionally, only a few blocks away are links to the B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W subway lines which complement the already easy commute to and from the building.
