Ferrara of Brax Realty sells 306-308 Graham Ave. for $6 million

Brooklyn, NY Michael Ferrara, managing principal of New York City based investment sales brokerage firm Brax Realty closed on 306-308 Graham Ave. for $6 million.

The property was situated on the corner of Graham Ave. and Ainslie St. and located two blocks south of the L train. The 50’ by 100’ corner lot had two buildings on it with a total of +/- 12,780 s/f and was 100% occupied. It consisted of two buildings and had a total of 3 retail tenant, 5 apartments and 1 office space. There was also an additional 2,200 s/f of available air rights that could be used to add on top of the corner property. Ferrara exclusively represented the seller, a family trust and also procured the buyer, a private investor. This was the first time the building has sold in over 20 years.
