Feil Organization signs LKEM and Spada Uniforms at 145 W 30th St.; two leases total 16,646 s/f

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization has signed two long-term leases totaling 16,646 s/f at 145 W 30th St.

“Leasing momentum at 145 W 30th St. highlights the demand for the property’s prime location and unique loft-style office space,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial office leasing at the Feil Organization. “Our commitment to providing creative solutions for our tenant’s needs is evident in these leases. We are proud to welcome Spada Uniforms and Lazarus Karp Ehrlich McCourt, LLP, to the building and look forward to building long-term success together.”

Lazarus Karp Ehrlich McCourt, LLP (LKEM), a boutique landlord-tenant/real estate litigation law firm, will occupy the entire seventh floor, spanning 8,323 s/f for 14 years. The deal was brokered in-house by Wiener, Tim Parlante and Henry Korzec.

Spada Uniforms, a uniform designer company, signed a new long-term lease totaling 8,323 s/f. The tenant was represented by Michael Nazarian from Norman Bobrow, and the Feil Organization was represented by Wiener, Parlante and Korzec.

145 West 30th St. is a 12-story, loft-style office building near the Penn Plaza commercial district, home to Madison Square Garden, the Paramount Theatre, and Pennsylvania Station. Built-in 1913 and designed by the architectural firm Sommerfeld & Steckler, 145 West 30th St. offers prospective tenants an opportunity to capitalize on a stellar location and room to grow, with recent renovations including new windows, tenant-controlled AC, and a refurbished and expanded lobby.
