Feil Organization signs LKEM and Spada Uniforms at 145 W 30th St.; two leases total 16,646 s/f

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization has signed two long-term leases totaling 16,646 s/f at 145 W 30th St.

Lazarus Karp Ehrlich McCourt, LLP (LKEM), a boutique landlord-tenant/real estate litigation law firm, will occupy the entire seventh floor, spanning 8,323 s/f for 14 years. The deal was brokered in-house by Wiener, Tim Parlante and Henry Korzec.

Spada Uniforms, a uniform designer company, signed a new long-term lease totaling 8,323 s/f. The tenant was represented by Michael Nazarian from Norman Bobrow, and the Feil Organization was represented by Wiener, Parlante and Korzec.
