EVO Real Estate Group brokers 13 transactions

EVO Real Estate Group arranged and concluded 12 Manhattan office and showroom lease transactions and the sale of a commercial co-op unit. The deals include: * Evan Lieberman of EVO and Michael Dylan of Inceptum Inc. represented the buyer and seller in Divine Apparel Inc.'s purchase of 6,062 s/f co-op space (the entire penthouse) from Voorsanger Architects PC at 246 West 38th St. EVO brokers Jonata Dayan and Jonathan Ben-Dayan joined them in representing the seller. * Elliott Klein and Jared Anderson represented the landlord in law firm Mauriel Kapouytian Woods LLP's lease of the entire seventh floor, containing 4,500 s/f, at 15 West 26th St. The tenant broker was Bert Rosenblatt of Vicus Partners. * Howard Epstein and Barry Bernstein represented 152 Madison Avenue in its lease to Liquid Agency, Inc., a branding firm, which took 3,340 s/f. Doug Dolcoff of Cushman & Wakefield served as the tenant's representative. * EVO executives represented the landlord and tenant in a 2,500 s/f lease to fashion firm Robin Ruth's Inc. at 383 Fifth Avenue. Klein represented the landlord, and Lieberman represented Robin Ruth, along with Dylan. * Klein represented rehabilitation provider Ther-Ex Unlimited, Inc., in its renewal of 2,002 s/f at 276 Fifth Avenue. * Epstein represented the landlord in the lease of 1,857 s/f at 16 West 36th St. to the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations Foundation, Inc. Jared Winter of Capston Realty Advisors, Inc. represented the tenant. * Lieberman, together with Dylan of Inceptum, represented Fashion Flair Inc. in its lease of 1,650 s/f at 1410 Broadway. Richard Doolittle and John P. Howard of MHP Real Estate Services represented the landlord. * Epstein and Barry Bernstein represented the landlord and tenant in Lowell & Meader, LLC's lease of 1,264 s/f at 152 Madison Avenue. The tenant provides psychotherapy and consulting. * Lieberman and Dylan of Inceptum represented Santori, a sales agent for men's suits and accessories, in its lease of 1,200 s/f at 152 West 36th St. Carlos Silberman represented the landlord, Falcon Properties, in house. * Lieberman and Inceptum's Dylan also teamed up to represent sportswear firm Shah Safari Inc. in its renewal of 1,150 s/f at 209 West 38th St. Matthew Mandell of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord. * Lieberman represented both the landlord and tenant in fashion firm Sucomex International's lease of 1,000 s/f at 246 West 38th St. Dylan of Inceptum joined him in the tenant representation. * Carlo Catuogno represented Dag Tech LLC, an IT services provider, in its lease of 850 s/f at 185 Madison Ave. The landlord's representative was Jeff Buslik of Adams & Co. * Epstein represented World Trade Travel Agency, Inc., in its lease of 782 s/f at 40 West 37th St. Roy Kim represented landlord Park Ridge International in-house. "It's an exciting time for us," said EVO president Dana Moskowitz. "Leasing activity has been strong on both the landlord and tenant fronts. Meanwhile, we just became a member of the network NAI Global, which further expands our offering. Therefore, we expect this momentum to continue as we enter the holiday season."
