Dunion joins Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. as loan originator associate

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC), a leading provider of commercial real estate financing and capital markets expertise, has hired John Dunion as a loan originator associate in the firm's Westchester office, according to John Wilcox, MMCC's eastern division vice president. Dunion is joining the capital markets team led by senior originator Steve Rock, based in Westchester. Dunion will work with Rock to provide construction, bridge and permanent loans for private clients primarily located in the Northeastern US. In his new position, Dunion will be responsible for securing commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, manufactured housing and hospitality. Dunion graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He was a 4 year letterman on Yale's football team and served as a summer analyst at Hypatia Capital Group.
