Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged an 8,000 square-foot, long-term lease for N&S Wines, Inc., a seller of wines and spirits, at 58-50 Francis Lewis Blvd. in the Flushing section.
Grant Dolgin of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant and the landlord in the deal. The lease at 58-50 Francis Lewis Blvd. marks a new business venture for N&S Wines.
N&S Wines will occupy 4,000 s/f of ground floor retail space and 4,000 s/f of basement space.
The shopping center also houses tenants such as Waldbaums, Duane Reade and the Blue Bay Diner.
58-50 Francis Lewis Blvd. is adjacent to the Horace Harding and Long Island Exwy., and is convenient to the Clearview Exwy.. Nearby transportation includes the Auburndale Long Island Railroad Station and the Q26 and Q30 buses.
