David Hunt is the president at Hunt Commercial, Syosset, N.Y. What was one of your corporate or career highlights of the decade? Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. has enjoyed substantial growth in the last decade. The addition of John Hoblin and Mark Fischl as partners was one of our most significant events, and significantly enhanced our scope. We are now providing real estate services in six states. The array of value-added services that we offer to our clients, such as lease modeling, financial analysis, video reports, and lease abstracting has become increasingly sophisticated in the last decade, and we expect that is a trend that will continue. Whether we represent our clients for real estate acquisition or disposition, all these value-added services help us function as both a trusted advisor and a complete out-sourced real estate department. We look forward to our next decade of service!
