Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. negotiates nine sales and leases 36,965 s/f

Chester, NY Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. (C&W|Pyramid) handled the following: 

  • 24 Elizabeth Dr.: Robert Scherreik, executive managing director with Pyramid’s Hudson Valley office in Newburgh, brokered the sale of 101,174 s/f industrial and office building. Situated in one of Orange County’s largest industrial parks with over 3.4 million s/f, the building includes 91,410 s/f of warehouse space and 9,764 s/f of office space on two levels. Presently occupied by two tenants, the investment property sold for $9.6 million. Scherreik was the sole broker involved in the transaction. The property was sold to a NYC-based family investment group.
  • 1054 South Clinton St. and 140 Cortland Ave., Syracuse: JMA Wireless purchased the 118,670 s/f former Coyne Laundry building and the 87,000 s/f former Syracuse Stamping facility to create a high-tech manufacturing center. Christopher Savage and John Clark, SIOR, CRE of C&W|Pyramid represented the buyer. Jim Laurenzo represented the seller on the 140 Cortland Ave. transaction. The sale price was not disclosed.
  • 2309 Triphammer Rd. North, Ithaca: Planet Fitness leased 20,400 s/f at the Cayuga Mall. David Huckle and Joyce Mawhinney MacKnight of C&W|Pyramid represented the landlord Brixmor, and Innovative Realty Service represented the tenant. 
  • 6299 Meade Rd., Syracuse: Syracuse Stamping Co. leased 8,800 s/f of industrial space. Gary Cottet and Patrick Hillery of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property, and represented the seller, Benjamin Ridley.
  • 3469 Erie Blvd. East, Syracuse: CNY Brighter Horizon DBA SmileyCuse opened a new orthodontist practice headed by Dr. Nathan Fowler. Mawhinney MacKnight exclusively marketed the property and facilitated the lease for landlord Brixmor Property Group.
  • 17 Technology Pl., East Syracuse: Controltec, Inc. leased 2,560 s/f. William Evertz from C&W|Pyramid brokered the lease for landlord Technology Enterprises.
  • 5221 West Taft Rd., Liverpool: Lee Salvetti and Patrick Hillery of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the sale of a landlease with a 15,527 s/f building on 2.14 acres. Kinney Drugs occupies 11,890 s/f and a fitness concept tenant occupies the remainder of the space. James Donegan purchased the NNN investment from 5225 West Taft Road LLC.
  • 233 E. Main St., Elbridge: Elaina Pirro of C&W|Pyramid represented Foxtrok Lima Enterprises in the $320,000 purchase of a 16,000 s/f retail strip center from Kano Enterprise LLC as an investment property.
  • 6838 Ellicott Dr., East Syracuse: Pet Containment of New York leased 1,505 s/f of office/service space. Cory LaDuke of C&W|Pyramid represented the tenant.
  • 1937 Teall Ave., Syracuse: TNT Contractors of CNY purchased a 10,224 s/f office and mixed use property from Ralph Ringo for $159,000. Pirro exclusively marketed the property, and represented the seller.
  • 4629 Crossroads Park Dr., Liverpool: Cottet represented Bellacondo II, LLC in the $436,878 purchase of a 10,800 s/f industrial warehouse from Blossom Investment Group.
  • 23 Rte. 6, Phoenix: S&M Rentals of Phoenix purchased a mixed-use property from Terrestrial Environmental Specialists Inc. for $165,000. Cottet exclusively marketed the property and acted for the seller.
  • 6903 Genesee St. East, Fayetteville: Mark Abraham purchased Lyndon Plaza, a 5,664 s/f, multi-tenanted retail investment from FK Grunert. Lee Salvetti of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property, and represented the seller.
  • 101 Old Cove Rd., Liverpool: Donald O’Leary of C&W|Pyramid represented landlord Greenwood Co. with a 1,300 s/f lease to Economy Paving Co. 
  • 6780 Northern Blvd., East Syracuse: Hastings Photography leased 2,400 s/f at Northwood Business Park. O’Leary acted for landlord Greenwood Co. and Savage acted for the tenant.
  • 10275 Rte. 28, Forestport: The town purchased a 19,844 s/f former school building for $300,000 from from the Adirondack Central Schools. George Lee and Michael Conley of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and acted for the seller.
