Cushman & Wakefield arranges $4.38 million community facility condominium sale at 100 East Broadway

New York, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of the community facility condominium situated on the entire 4th floor of 100 East Broadway. The final sale price was $4.38 million.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael DeCheser and Bryan Hurley represented the seller, Two Pike LLC, in the transaction. Carri Lyon and Mitzi Flexer, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the buyer, First Chinese Presbyterian Community Affairs Home Attendant Corp.

“This new condominium is ideally located blocks from City Hall, Essex Crossing and the F train, surrounded by an array of retail and dining options,” said DeCheser. “The Class A space features two high-speed elevators, modern floor-to-ceiling windows and is ready for build-out.”

100 East Broadway is a 14-story retail and office building, with the 4th floor totaling 6,076 s/f. Each floor has 12-foot ceiling heights, individual heating systems and floor-to-ceiling windows. The property is serviced by two high-speed elevators and is fully sprinklered throughout the building.

The property is located in the Chinatown neighborhood and is surrounded by retail, dining and entertainment options. The asset is within walking distance to the B, D and F trains, allowing for access to the surrounding neighborhoods.
