New York, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of the community facility condominium situated on the entire 4th floor of 100 East Broadway. The final sale price was $4.38 million.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael DeCheser and Bryan Hurley represented the seller, Two Pike LLC, in the transaction. Carri Lyon and Mitzi Flexer, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the buyer, First Chinese Presbyterian Community Affairs Home Attendant Corp.
