Stacom of CBRE arranges sale of 160 Riverside Blvd. for $415 Million

New York, NY A CBRE team led by Darcy Stacom, chairman of NYC Capital Markets, arranged the $415 million sale of 160 Riverside Blvd. to New York-based apartment investor A&E Real Estate on behalf of the seller, Equity Residential. The transaction comes on the heels of A&E Real Estate’s acquisition of a sister property at 140 Riverside Boulevard in April for $266 million, also arranged by CBRE.

“Both 140 Riverside and now 160 Riverside offered A&E the unique opportunity to own two of the highest-quality apartment towers on the Upper West Side,” said Ryan Silber, vice president on the NYC Capital Markets team, who partnered with Stacom on the transaction.

Situated between West 67th St. and West 68th St. 160 Riverside Blvd. features 455 luxury rental apartments, a suite of amenities, the Dwight School, commercial space and parking, all with direct access to the Hudson River Park system.
