Consolo and Aquino of PDE rep L.O.L. Kids in three Los Angeles leases

The leasing and sales team of Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive VP of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Group has arranged the first of three west coast stores for children's high fashion emporium, L.O.L. Kids, at 8659 Sunset Blvd. in the West Hollywood section. Located in New York, Chicago and now L.A., L.O.L. Consolo and Aquino exclusively represent the tenant. Other locations currently plannned include San Francisco and Newport Beach. "From coast to coast, we look for the locations best suited to our clients," said Consolo. "We have placed L.O.L. Kids at the epicenter of fashion forward L.A., where the shoppers were practically waiting for them to arrive." "We know the territory extremely well, which is why Sunset Boulevard was always a first choice destination," said Aquino. "Last fall, we arranged the West Coast flagship for MonnaLisa in Beverly Hills, as part of its national expansion. Now, L.O.L. Kids is bringing its own eclectic mix of children's chic to a West Coast mecca of hip and high style."
