CM&B opens new office location

Manhattan, NY Construction Management and Builders, Inc. (CM&B) has been building in New York City and the surrounding boroughs since 2011. Their journey in the city began with the 56,000 s/f LEED Platinum store for Whole Foods Market at 3rd & 3rd in Brooklyn. In the autumn of 2017, CM&B established a permanent presence on 7th Ave. and has since completed hundreds of projects spanning the retail, hospitality, and grocery sectors across the New York tri-state region.

With their growing list of clients and team members, they were ready for the next chapter in New York City. With many neighborhoods to choose from, each with its distinct charm, they set their sights on a location that would not only accommodate their team but also provide a unique office amenity. With Bryant Park in their backyard, the team is ready to take on 2024 with a new home in an iconic location.
