City Connections Realty, (CCR) has hired Kristin Kogan-Krantz as director of sales for Parc Standard, a City Connections' exclusive new development project. She will partner with City Connections' Jeff Krantz, VP of sales and marketing, (who happens to be her new husband) to form Krantz + Krantz and will join him on the exclusive sales team onsite at Parc Standard, a 28-unit new development condominium project in Morningside Heights.
She comes to City Connections with five years of real estate experience and over $500 million in new development sales. Previously, she was a sales associate at Cantor Pecorella, where she was responsible for sales at 325 Fifth Ave. and 555 West 23rd St. Soon after, she became a sales manager at JC Deniro where she was responsible for sales of 111 Fulton St. AKA District.
"We are very happy to have Kristin associate with City Connections Realty. She has an amazing track record in sales of new development properties and also has an excellent reputation for being knowledgeable, ethical and well liked by the brokerage community. We look forward to a long- term relationship with her and the newly formed Krantz + Krantz team," said David Schlamm, founder, City Connections Realty.
"It is appealing to work with City Connections and David Schlamm where a strong code of ethics and transparency will provide a reputable framework for my career. I have watched my husband (to be) Jeffrey Krantz prosper over the years at the firm, and I am excited to join him to create Krantz + Krantz, an innovative sales and marketing division within CCR, which we hope will augment the firm's already stellar reputation," said Kristin Kogan (Krantz).
"Kristin's extraordinary personality and unwavering integrity makes her a perfect partner for the Krantz + Krantz team within City Connections. As director of sales of Parc Standard, Kristin will oversee the sales effort (along with Sarah Saltzberg) to ensure a quick sell-out of that project which already has sent 13 contracts out in only seven weeks," said Jeffrey Krantz, head of sales and marketing for the project.
