Sukenik, Mongeluzo and Cohen of NKF represent Horizon in 115,000 s/f lease
Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has represented Horizon Media in its expansion and relocation of its three city offices into 115,000 s/f on three contiguous floors (14, 15 and 16) with space expansion availability in the future, at 1 Hudson Sq.
Moshe Sukenik, executive VP and principal, Chris Mongeluzo, executive managing director, and Brian Cohen, associate, at NKF, represented Horizon in negotiations with ownership's Jason Pizer, director of commercial leasing for Trinity Real Estate. Andrew Peretz, Robert Constable and Marc Packman of Cushman & Wakefield represented Trinity.
