New York, NY Five Iron Golf has signed a long-term lease at 101 Park Ave., the Kalikow Building located at the corner of 40-th St. and Park Ave., steps away from Grand Central Station. The 30,000 s/f space is located on the third ?oor and will feature a dedicated entrance on 41st St. with a private elevator.
CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma and Compass’ Jason Goode represented Five Iron Golf in the lease negotiations, John Cefaly and Nicholas Dysenchuk of C&W represented H.J. Kalikow & Company.

The Midtown location’s layout of two wings connected will provide an immersive atmosphere that enhances Five Iron Golf’s signature offerings, including TrackMan Virtual Golf simulators, widescreen TVs, leisure games, and a full-service restaurant and bar.

Five Iron Golf will add to the amenities offered at 101 Park Ave. which include Club 101, a dining club, business and entertainment venue and Convene, a corporate event space.
It will be the company’s 6th New York City location, following Flatiron, Financial District, Herald Sq., Long Island City, and Upper East Side.
