Buslik and Godnick of Adams & Co. broker 3,500 s/f for June Media

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered 3,500 s/f for June Media Inc. at 276 Fifth Ave. Jeff Buslik, managing director, and Seth Godnick of Adams & Co. represented the tenant June Media. Elliot Klein represented the landlord, The Kash Group. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $54 per s/f. June Media plans to use this space for offices in midtown. "Situated on one of the most iconic streets in Manhattan, 276 Fifth Avenue presents June Media with an ideal opportunity to grow their already established business." said Jeff Buslik. June Media Inc. is a brand dedicated to empowering women in all stages of life. Through food, health, and fitness content the company aims to make women feel more confident. They communicate through websites such as Recipe4Living.com, FitandFabLiving.com, and WorkItMom.com to achieve these goals. Built in 1898, 276 Fifth Ave. is an 11-story low-rise building in midtown south. The building features a newly renovated door-manned lobby finished with marble and granite, providing tenants access seven days a week. Notable tenants include Amazon, Hulu, Spin Media and retailer Café Au Bon Gout.
