Brooks Brothers Factory Store leased 5,628 s/f of retail space at Destiny USA. Matt Paulus of Pyramid Management Group brokered the lease.

In 1991 the first Brooks Brothers Factory Store opened in Kittery, ME and is now one of the fastest growing and most successful parts of the business. The Factory Store is stocked with overruns and excess piece goods of the same quality as the traditional store.
