Brooks Brothers leases 5,628 s/f of retail space at Destiny USA; Paulus of Pyramid Management Group brokers lease

Brooks Brothers Factory Store leased 5,628 s/f of retail space at Destiny USA. Matt Paulus of Pyramid Management Group brokered the lease. The brand prides itself on all products being made in America and its digital tailoring system that provides precise measurements for comfort and convenience. The Factory Store at Destiny USA will have clothing for men and women. "We are excited to introduce more classic retailers like Brooks Brothers Factory store to our selection," said Rob Schoeneck, general manager of Destiny USA. "Brooks Brothers Factory Store enhances our menswear choices and adds to the outlet options available at Destiny USA." Brooks Brothers was created by Henry Sands in 1818 and has maintained its promise to provide fine quality American made clothing at a great price. In 1991 the first Brooks Brothers Factory Store opened in Kittery, ME and is now one of the fastest growing and most successful parts of the business. The Factory Store is stocked with overruns and excess piece goods of the same quality as the traditional store. Brooks Brothers Factory Store is located on the first level of the expansion.
