Rochester's Cornerstone Grp. announces newly formed Cornerstone Property Managers, LLC
Rochester's Cornerstone Group, Ltd, founded in 1990 by Roger Brandt, has developed many types of real estate in the region over the past two decades. Brandt has now formed a property management entity and, with his expertise in real estate and leadership, will become one of Rochester's premier property management firms. The locally owned company has gained a favorable reputation and has been continually recognized in the real estate industry through his experience, knowledge, and entrepreneurial dedication.
The management firm is managing commercial, residential, industrial and development properties across the state. Rochester's Cornerstone Group's niche expertise is in developing affordable housing communities in the region.
