Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) has completed two sales totaling $4 million.

2512 Bedford Avenue - Brooklyn, NY

2512 Bedford Ave., a development site in the Flatbush neighborhood, was sold for $2.4 million. Brian Underkofler, Derek Bestreich, Steve Reynolds, and Tom Reynolds facilitated both sides of the transaction. The seller was The Estate of Solange Marie Boutin and the buyers were Shlomo Sinay and Chaim Wurzberger from Candor Capital. The property is 18,000 buildable s/f with a $133 per buildable s/f price. The lot dimension is 60 ft. x 100 ft. and zoned R6A. 

864 Metropolitan Avenue - Brooklyn, NY

864 Metropolitan Ave., a 3,750 s/f multifamily property in the Williamsburg neighborhood, sold for $1.6 million to SPR Group LLC. Bestreich, Donal Flaherty, and Luke Sproviero facilitated both the seller; Black Horse Capital and the buyers. The sale price equates to $427 per s/f. The property offers six units comprised of four, one-bedroom units and two, two-bedroom units.
